Apply Pack Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Apply Pack is made by UPSCALER LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House 15119091), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@upscaler.net.

2. Who can use Apply Pack

You must be 18 or older to use Apply Pack.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google, or on iPhone with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Your applications are saved to your Apply Pack account.

4. The service

You add your CV and a job ad. Apply Pack writes an application for that job: a cover letter, your CV tailored to the job in one of 3 ATS-friendly templates, and a one-page interview prep sheet with likely questions and sample answers. Documents export as PDF.

5. Free preview

Your first cover letter preview is free. You can read it in the app, but you can't copy or export it without a subscription.

6. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans: $4.99 a week with a 3-day free trial, $9.99 a month, or $19.99 for 3 months. Prices in your currency are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and charged to your store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length until you cancel. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Apply Pack account doesn't cancel a subscription.
• Free trial on iPhone: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Free trial on Android: cancel any time before the trial ends in Google Play to avoid being charged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Request one through the App Store or Google Play.

7. Fair use

Paid plans include up to 50 applications per month. We may change this limit. If we do, we'll tell you in advance.

8. Documents the app writes

Apply Pack documents are generated automatically by Google Gemini (AI-generated) from your CV and the job ad. They may contain mistakes. Review and edit every document before you send it. You're responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit to an employer. We don't guarantee interviews, job offers or any other result.

9. Your content

You own what you add to Apply Pack and the documents it writes for you. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• add false information about other people
• add or create unlawful content
• reverse engineer, abuse or overload the app or its services, or scrape them
• use Apply Pack to provide paid services to others

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

11. Privacy

12. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and data at any time. See how to delete your Apply Pack account.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect.

14. Our liability

We provide Apply Pack with reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for decisions employers make about your applications. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can't be limited or excluded by law, and your rights as a consumer are not affected.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
